Winrewards is made up of a team of professional people.

Mike Williamson
Director

Mike has a Bachelor of Management Studies (marketing and operations) from Waikato University, New Zealand. Prior to setting up TLC Marketing he worked in numerous sales and marketing roles in England and New Zealand. His most recent position was as a Brand Manager with DB Breweries, from 1992-97.


Scott Bedford
Director

Scott has over 20 years experience in sales and sales management in England and New Zealand. He has worked in finance and IT roles. His most recent position was with DB Breweries from 1993 before setting up TLC Marketing in 1997.

Rob Beyer
IT Director

Rob has an extensive background in software and internet system development in North America and New Zealand. He has built web sites in New Zealand for TelstraClear, The Companies Office and Datacom; along with building headphone-noise reduction software for the Airline Industry. Rob built the engine that drives the Winrewards Recognition + Rewards program and is actively involved in the continual improvement of this system and in the building of customised program sites.

Richard Graham
Creative Director

Richard owns and operates Ad Lib Digital. Richard has over 20 years experience in his own graphic design business, seven of them with online projects. Richard has managed the design projects for all of the customer incentive programs that have used the Winrewards Recognition + Rewards program.


Simon Perry
Director

Simon has a BMS (marketing and finance) from Waikato University, New Zealand, and a BBS (Hons) in Valuation and Property Studies from Massey University, New Zealand.

Simon joined the Perry Group in 1989 and was appointed Chief Executive in 1993. Previously Simon worked in the finance field in Auckland and London. He is also a Director of Riverside Casino Ltd.

Simon not only is a Director but is on the Advisory Board as well.
