Winrewards through its partnerships with fulfillment companies would usually supply all the rewards. The client may supply some of their own prizes through the program as well.

Winrewards Recognition + Rewards program automatically organises the dispatch of each participant's selected incentives and these will be delivered to the participant's address of choice that is on file.

How do we register participants?

You supply a list of participants and we will load them into the database. Next participants will be sent an email with short, simple instructions of how to log on etc.

There is a help function and they will be emailed a copy of the login details.

This process can be completely automated to suit the natural cycles in your business; whether daily, weekly or monthly. We find that many clients like to sign-off their data we receive, so in this case we agree on an "exported" set of records emailed to us in a set format within an excel spread sheet, access database or delimited text file.
